About Us
The inspiration for Vitolli’s House Products came from the recipes Mark and Mindy Nicholson were using at the restaurant they founded in 2007, Vitolli’s Pizzeria & Italian Eatery, located in Robertsdale, Alabama.
The decision to take yet another chance in life, learning how to take our much-loved recipes served in our restaurant and bottle them began in 2013.
In 2023, after 16 years in business, we decided to take yet another blind leap into the unknown by selling our restaurant to focus our energy and attention on our bottling business.
The Rieves family now owns and operates Vitolli’s Pizzeria & Italian Eatery, continuing the Vitolli’s tradition.

Our house salad dressing, “Creamy Italian” was developed in our small pizzeria. Over the years it has developed a “following”. In 2013, we took our customers advice and started bottling it. Great detail has been taken to keep it as close to what you are served at Vltolll’s Pizzeria & Italian Eatery. We have not added any chemicals or preservatives to our dressing, keeping it clean! Please enjoy our Creamy Italian Dressing with everything and anything you can imagine!
